Valued Customers and Fellow Isagenix Associates,
On April 27th, 2010 I consulted with Isagenix Compliance and Legal Department regarding a recent change in Isagenix's compliance policies. When Find An Associate was launched in Beta Testing the website received a letter of compliance from Isagenix in February, 2010. Find an Associate was presented to compliance by another Isagenix associate on April 23, 2010 with a concern about compliance of the website. I personally, proactively approached compliance when the associate's concerns were brought to my attention.
After consulting with Isagenix Compliance and Legal the Find An Associate website stands as follows:
-We are provisionally providing advertising services to Isagenix Associates to advertise their businesses by zip code.
-We are not processing new orders for zip code advertising until Find an Associate recieves final approval from the Isagenix Executive team
- All orders that were placed on or before April 27th, 2010 are valid until a final decision is made by the Isagenix Executive Team.
